Better if you have

Ingredient

Steamed Sticky Rice 1 bowl
Furikake (rice seasoning) 2 Tbs
Nori (seaweed) 1 sheet
serves 1

Do you like rice? I love rice. I know my husband can’t leave without it but I don’t know about 5 lunches a week straight. So… I try to be creative with my rice dishes. Sometimes I make fried rice, regular steamed rice, or THIS, riceballs. Today I want to show you a trick to make a cute looking rice dish that can be a great bento(lunchbox) or finger-food menu for simple parties.

Direction:
1. Prepare a large bowl of steamed sticky rice.
2. Mix with 2 Tbs of Furigake (rice seasoning).
3. Use rice mold to make perfect bite size.
4. Cut nori (seaweed) into smaller size and roll on the rice.

You can also add finely chopped vegetables, meat +. cooked ground beef will be great as well.

I made some vegetable stir fry and hotdog as sides.

Near future, I’m going to make prettier tastier rice balls and make posting on it. Hope you enjoy it.
