Better if you have

  • Parsley flakes for garnish
  • Basil leaves

Ingredient

Bowtie pasta 2 cups
Pasta Sauce (store bought) 1 cup
Onion 2 Tbs (diced)
Pepper 2Tbs (diced)
Zucchini 2Tbs (diced)
Bacon 3 strips (diced)
Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup shredded
Serves 1 person

This is a dish I make almost everyweek.
It is definately one of the easiest and fastest Italian food that I can cook. (I haven’t tried that many yet)

I can always substitude the ingredients with whatever I have in my fridge. There is no strict rule on making this dish, just try to keep the bacon in there. As long as you have bacon, there is no mess up. ^.^

Direction:
1a. Boil the pasta, drain and place in a oven-safe dish.

1b. Preheat oven on 400F.
2. Dice all vegetables and bacon into small pieces.
3.
Evenly spread pasta sauce on #1a.
4.
Sprinkle #2.
5. Evenly spread mazzarella cheese.
6. Bake for about 15min. (check occationally)
*option: add basil leaves and parsley

Many a recipe have been ruined by forgetting the cardinal rule “As long as you have bacon … there is no mess up!” The jalapeƱos and basil look mouthwatering. Nice site … it will be great to see this come along.
