| Mushroom | 1/2 cup |
| Chicken Breast | 1 |
| Soyaki Sauce | 5 Tbs |
I pack lunch 5 days a week.
I’ve been doing that for more than a year and now, I have set of menu I repeat.
Some days, packing lunch can be pretty stressful but once you gain some knowhow, it’s not that bad.
I would like to share some with you guys from now on.
Let’s make it:
1. chop all the vegetables.
2. defrost chicken (if frozen) and cut into a bite size.
3. on a non-stick pan, pour some oil and put all vegetables.
4. add chicken on a same pan.
5. when chicken looks half way done, add 5Tbs of Soyaki sauce. (if you don’t have Soyaki, use any teriyaki sauce)
6. stir and let it simmer for few min.
If you have some other vegi you want to get rid of, use them.

On a heated oily pan, place all vegi. (I don’t have time to start with onion first then pepper then mushroom. It is morning time. I heard you are supposed to start from hard—>soft)

When they are about half way cooked, make room for chicken to jump in. (don’t want to use two pans^^)

I have Trader Joe’s SOYAKI sauce in my fridge all the time. It is a must have item! It taste great. Want to know more about the sauce, click here! Add about 5 Tbs.
*If you can’t find TJ’s Soyaki sauce, use any teriyaki sauce or add 5 Tbs of soy sauce + 2 Tbs of sugar.

Let it simmer for few min until chicken is fully cooked. Stir occasionally.

I used rice but I’m sure you can use any pasta^^ Add sesame seeds if you have it.

-I try to use glass container for food that needs microwave. It is healthier for you than using plastic container.-
Try this at home, it only takes about 10 mins total and it will definitely become one of your favorite lunch(bento).
