Better if you have
- Sesame seeds
- Salt & Pepper (s&p)
Ingredient
| Salmon | 1 Piece (block) |
| Red and Yellow Pepper | Few pieces |
| Mushroom | 2 |
| Romaine Lettuce | 2 Leaves |
| Teriyaki Sauce | 2 Tbs |
It was my first time cooking this dish and thought it was successful so I wanted to introduce this recipe to you. It only took me less than 10min to cook this dish so I’m sure you won’t complain about the cooking time.
You can substitute listed vegetable with whatever you have. You can use broccoli, onion, asparagus +
Let me show you the process:
1. Salt and pepper salmon, and preheat pan with any oil.
2. Place seasoned side down onto a heated pan and salt and pepper the other side.
(medium-high heat for golden brown crust)
3. While salmon is cooking, chop vegetables into bite-size pieces.
Also, thinly chop romaine lettuce and place on a serving dish.
4. Turn salmon over, add both 2Tbs of teriyaki sauce and vegetables into a pan.
5. Let it cook for couple of minutes until the salmon is fully cooked.
6. Place salmon and vegetables on a dish with shreded lettuce.

I used Soyaki sauce from TraderJoe’s, but you can use any teriyaki sauce. If you don’t have teriyaki sauce, mix 2Tbs of soy sauce and 1/2 Tbs of corn syrup to replace it.
I sprinkled some sesame seeds on top.
